This allows us to quickly and reliably repaint parts and coat them to protect them from corrosion and wear.

The Nordson Spectrum HD is a simple, compact, and easy-to-use system. Its efficiency reduces manufacturing time while lowering production costs. This happens through the automatic fresh powder feed, which reduces operator input, and the powder management system, which collects excess powder during coating and prepares it for reuse with an ultrasonic sieve. This reduces waste, which also makes the process more environmentally friendly.

HDLV Pump – The “High Density, Low Velocity” pump uses more powder at a lower velocity (and with less air) to achieve a high-quality result in the shortest time.
Easy operation – The control and powder management are centrally merged and operated via a Digital Interface.
Automatic cleaning – The shape of the powder hopper allows automatic centrifugal cleaning.
